Terms & Conditions for license users

Lingu's Terms and Conditions

This agreement applies to our Learning Management System (LMS) and resources owned and operated by Lingu AS. We refer to these services in this agreement as the “Services.”

By using the Services and accessing the resources, services, products, and tools we provide, you understand and agree to accept and adhere to the following terms and conditions as stated in this policy (hereafter referred to as 'User Agreement').

We reserve the right to change this User Agreement from time to time without notice. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this User Agreement periodically to familiarize yourself with any modifications. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications will constitute acknowledgment and agreement of the modified terms and conditions.

General Terms
1.1. This agreement ("Terms") constitutes a legal agreement between you, either as an individual or on behalf of an entity ("User", "you") and Lingu AS, a company registered in Norway ("Lingu", "we", "us", "our").

Access to the Services
2.1. By purchasing or using our e-learning resources, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept the terms, you do not have the right to use Lingu's services.

User Terms
3.1. Users may not use, copy, display, sell, license, de-compile, or otherwise exploit Lingu's services for any commercial purposes without express written consent from Lingu.
3.2. Users may not use our services as part of any tender or public contracts, if the product is to be used in a public tender, there must be a written agreement about this.
3.3. Users may not bypass any technological measures designed to protect the services.

User License
4.1. Upon purchasing our services, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub-licensable license to use the services for personal use.

Copyright and Property Rights
5.1. We own or license all copyright and other intellectual property rights in the services (including all software, text, graphics, images, video, sound, music, and other material).

Changes to the Terms
6.1. We reserve the right to change these terms. The latest version of the terms will always be available on our website.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
7.1. The services are provided "as they are" and "as available", without any warranty.

Legal Relations
8.1. These terms are subject to the laws of Norway, and any disputes shall be resolved by Norwegian courts.
